Long Chau POS UI concept and Long Chau App UI concept:

These projects involved creating user interfaces for a point-of-sale system and an app for customers.

Schaeffler Design Thinking Workshop:

I had the privilege of assisting in facilitating a design thinking workshop for Schaeffler. The goal of the workshop was to help the company identify pain points and come up with innovative solutions to improve their internal tool called Schaeffler One product.

Improved AkaBot UX by conducting user research and UI design concept:

AkaBot is an RPA tool. My task was to improve the user experience by conducting user research and coming up with a UI design concept that would make it easier for users to navigate the tool.

FPT Corporate Website (UX, user flow, UI Concept):

I managed the team that worked on the UX and user flow, UI Design for the corporate website. The goal was to create a website that was easy to navigate, informative, and visually appealing, branded of FPT.
